Playa del Cura

This is a small, upmarket resort with relatively few facilities. There are some sophisticated looking hotels here, but few shops and little in the way of night life. This is the perfect place for someone who wants no more than a few good bars and restaurants in the evening and doesn't mind if the sand is a natural black.

The peaceful cove is safe for swimming and there are sun loungers for hire here.

Puerto Mogan is just six kms away and offers more facilities for the holiday maker, whilst Puerto Rico, four kms in the opposite direction has a vibrant night life and a much more developed, tourist orientated environment.
