There are all sorts of different beaches present on Gran Canaria, and as you can see, not all of them are replete with golden sands.
Morro Besudo is just to the east of the southernmost point of the island and despite not being ideal for sunbathing, it is still a popular area with many tourists due to the excellent accommodation available.
Watersports are also very popular here with scuba-diving and windsurfing available for both novices and more seasoned veterans.
Morro Besudo is certainly one of the quieter resorts on the south coast and may be better suits those who would like to stay away from the crowds a little bit and enjoy a more cultured break.
