As well as the obvious sunbathing and swimming visitors to Playa del Ingles can enjoy, there are also plenty of water sports and other activities available. In this photo you can see the popular yellow pedalos available for hire, kept separate from the main swimming area by a string of buoys.
The beach is so large that various activities can be kept separate from one another so as to make sure the beach is safe for everyone, including small children. In the background you can see some of the hotels overlooking the beach; having a sea view from your Gran Canaria hotel is almost guaranteed, as is the beautiful sunny weather.
