Chapter 852 Oversight-3

He sent Elise upstairs to get cleaned up after rolling around on the wet grass while he calmly took the seat opposite of Genevieve who was waiting for breakfast.

He smiled and initiated the conversation,"Morning, You are up early. Did you not get a good sleep?"Nôv(el)B\\jnn

She smiled at him before saying," I have a habit of waking up early. Beside, it was hard to sleep on new bed. It's too soft for my liking."

He smiled back, staring her her face for a second. Several flashes of memories came flushing in of that wonderful night.

Feeling her hot breath, staring deep into her deep blue eyes while her pretty blushing face was messed up as she laid under him overwhelmed him for a moment.

Genevieve also saw her gleaming emerald eyes which reignited some of her own memoires. She remembered his strong hand pinning her from the back as she experienced the most pleasurable sensation was enough to send her in a trance.

The reason why she didn't sleep much was not because of the new environment but because she kept having weird cravings which constantly made her mind wander off.

She had been hiding about the resurfacing of her memories, it wasn't complete but she knew exactly how she felt at that moment. It led to some 'extracurricular' activities that she indulged in for several hours.

She was tired, even unable to move her hand much that's when she drifted to her dreamland. Even when she knew she hadn't rested much, she woke up trying to shake her mind of from such erotic thought.

She could tell why it was happening just when she laid her eyes on Samuel's hansome face. She kept remembering their intimate moments when he held her in her arms gently kissing her. She had never experienced love but even when she was attracted to someone or had a hige crush, there was never such a overwhelming feeling in her heart.

Was she losing her mind? She honestly thought something was wrong with her body. How could she be this attracted to someone she barely knew? What's more she knew people like him were never loyal, having money and fame was a recipe for disaster. Beside he took five of them at the same time, in her eyes he was already a sinner beyond saving.

Coupled with the fact that all five of them made some sort of promise to stick together, if she really made a move on him wouldn't she be betraying her friends?

Samuel was first to wake up from his trance as he heard people walking towards him carrying plates of food.

" I can make arrangements. You can state out your preferences." he hurriedly resumed their conversation only to find out she was staring at him absentmindedly.

The clutter of plates also woke her up before she said, " Food looks delicious." She hid her face feeling it getting hotter. Suddenly she became self conscious about her appearance.

She wasn't wearing any make up, only her blonde hair was tied up in a pony tail. She was never the one to feel discomfort by other people's gazes but facing him, she feared that he wouldn't find her attractive. Just thinking about her ridiculous thoughts made her baffled.

" Yes, eat as much you like. You can also ask them to cook you specific dish. They are trained in various cuisines." He made some small talk before reminding her about changing things in her room.

It was a rare occasion but he decided to go along with it since they only had few days to spend together, after which he didn't even know when he would come back.

Genevieve saw how he handled Elise, even calling her princess, treating her like the apple of his eye. Her prejudices eased a little bit seeing him behave like 'normal' people.

She did some research on him and came upon various speculations and scandals. Even as a womanizer he seemed to fall into extreme catagory, changing girlfriends every week!

Now that she personally experienced it, she couldn't really blame those girls. Even Helga was under his spell from beginning, a sweet and naive girl like her wouldn't be able to resist his charms in a million years!

The conversation moved toward more casual stuff when he asked if she was the one that retrieved his phone to which she replied yes.

Thinking that she would be surprised to see Roberta and Katarina sleeping in the room together but honestly she didn't have much of a reaction.

Since she knew they proclaimed each other as besties, it wasn't odd to see them together beside why would she poke her nose in theor business. She never even questioned their loyalty partly because of Katarina and Roberta who were both on the side of condemning him to his actions.

Why would they suddenly change their mind and on the same day that they were protesting about it? She never thought the deed was already done!

" Is it tasty?" Genevieve asked Elise seeing her enjoy her french toast. With excessive maple syrup, it was honestly too sweet for Samuel but he always indulged when Elise personally fed it to him.

" Un!"

" My family makes even more amazing toast. I will take you to eat with me someday!" Genevieve said boldly.

It was true that her family version was special but she could hardly say that it was better than this one, still she knew children's tastebuds were different than adults. She had personally witnessed the miracle of her family recipe whenever they lauch the special toast every other week.

" I want to go! Can't we go today?" Elise inquired. Samuel was about to step in when Genevieve interjected.

" It's impossible. These special toast takes a lot of time to prepare. Even if we go right now, you have to wait several days until they are ready." She acted serious.

Elise was taken aback for a second but she understood all good things take time. She nodded saying that she would wait.

" I will head back and start preparing. In the meantime, you should play with your other big sister, alright?"

" Are you leaving?" Samuel was the one to ask her instead of Elise because it came out of nowhere!
